Returns and Refunds Policy

At Oniri Créations, our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter an issue with your product, this page explains how to proceed.


1. Right of Withdrawal: You’ve changed your mind

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-calendar-day period starting from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

How to proceed?

  1. Notify us of your decision: Within this 14-day period, inform us of your wish to return the product. To ensure a clear record, we recommend sending an email to our customer service team at: sav@ouros-creations.com.

  2. Ship the product back: Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to ship the product back to us.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in new, undamaged condition and must be complete (including its certificate of authenticity, accessories, and manuals).

  • It must be placed in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • We will refund the full amount of your order, including the initial shipping costs (based on the standard shipping method).

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, or upon receiving proof of its shipment from you.


2. Non-compliant or Damaged Product on Arrival

We take extreme care in the manufacturing and packaging of our statues. However, if you notice a lack of conformity, breakage, or damage upon receiving your item, the Legal Guarantee of Conformity applies for 2 years from the date of delivery.

What to do?

  1. Contact us quickly: Ideally within 15 days of receipt, please contact our customer service at sav@ouros-creations.com.

  2. Provide details: Please attach a description of the issue along with clear pictures of the defect, the entire product, and its packaging.

Available Solutions

  • Depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of parts, we will offer the most suitable solution:

    • Sending a replacement part.

    • Repairing the product.

    • A complete exchange of the product (if possible, as our statues are limited editions).

  • If none of these solutions are possible, a partial or full refund may be offered.

Return Costs

  • Under the legal guarantee of conformity, all return shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the product at no charge.


Special Case: Cancellation of an Order with an Installment Plan

If you have chosen a payment plan and wish to cancel your order for an unforeseeable reason, you may contact us. Under certain conditions detailed in our Terms and Conditions, a refund of the amounts paid may be issued, with the exception of the initial down payment, which remains non-refundable.
